There are some interesting links that I have found. The first is a link to a program on Microsoft’s MSDN site called Fiddler which is designed to sit between a web site and a Web Browser and allows the traffic between the two to be monitored, and changes as required. This is useful for debugging, both of a browser and of the server software.

On a different subject, there is an entry in a Blog showing how to start a fire with a coke can and a chocolate bar. Basically you use a chocolate bar to polish the end of the coke for use as a reflecting lens. It does actually work, aparently.

Then, CNN has a story about a hotel in the Middle East that has significant amounts of technology in it, and cost US$3b to build.

I just finished watching ‘The Incredibles’ and I liked the 2nd half more than the first half I think… The animation was fantastic, and the story did improve. I just loved the hair on Helen Parr/Elastigirl… So much detail went into the rendering of the hair. I was very impressed with it…

Music:

The Natalie Merchant song ‘San Andreas Fault’ was on the MP3 player again… The lyrics are available Here

paradise is there, you`ll have all that you can eat
of milk & honey over there, you`ll be the brightest star
the world has ever seen, sun-baked slender heroine
of film & magazine, go west

paradise is there, you`ll have all that you can eat
of milk & honey over there, you`ll be the brightest light
the world has ever seen, the dizzy height of a jet-set life
you could never dream, your pale blue eyes
strawberry hair, lips so sweet
skin so fair, your future bright
