A moment ago I took my laptop into my office, and when I plugged in the power I got the message “The AC Power Adapter type cannot be determined. Your system will run slower and the battery will not charge. Please connect a DELL 65W power adapter or higher for optimal performance”. I have NEVER seen that one before. And I am pretty sure that the power adapter is at least 65W.

So, I am a WIMP!!! I admit it… I admit it all… I could not even stay awake for the entire World Cup game… I went back to bed at about 6am at the end of full time, but recorded the rest of the game… The extra time and the penalty shoot outs. I think I like the idea that Italy won – it means that we were knocked out by the champion!

Yesterday on the TV I heard a TV advert that was using a song called “The Perfect Day”, which with some research I found was an Australian song from the 1970’s from The Little Heroes. I found the lyrics here. The bit I love is ‘So tell me Is it still raining there in England’… I love the lyrics. They sound a bit dated given that they mention telegrams, but at the same time they still work…
