OK… My paper for this years Digital Communications Conference is now online. You can find a link to it on this page right at the bottom just before the ‘Who Is Radioactive Networks’ line.

I should warn you that the paper is a bit dry without pictures and the like. However it is there, and assuming that I manage to get to the USA next month, I will be giving a far more interesting presentation. After all that is what the 13 hour flight over there is for – Working on the presentation.

My presentation for this evening is almost finished. I am waiting for some screendumps to add to it, and I will probably be working on it in the carpark when I get there. It will not be my most professionally done powerpoint ever. Given experience I don’t think most people will care. I tend to do a good enough job at presenting even when I do not do a great job.

For the presentation a friend is lending me another wireless card. This one will be Unwired or iBurst… And should be a bit faster than GPRS. Actually this is the same friend who has asked me to talk, and who has lent me the GPRS card. Google will work on GPRS, but rather slowly. Too slowly for my likeing except for the fact that much will be cached. I will have to post the presentation here later, and the KML of where I have been… Check back to this Blog later and see what I have added…
