And on the speeding issue comes these two stories that basically indicate that a judge threw out a speeding fine since the prosecution could not prove that the MD5 hash algorithm was secure.

Basically it would take siginificant computing power to doctor one photo… It would take all the computing power that the RTA has to do one a year I would guess… And they are suggesting that is reasonable doubt… I dont think so. The main issue is that the RTA could not find a good witness.
