Today has been moderately successful in getting a handle on some user interface issues for the product I am working on. I have an idea on the rest of the user interface, but I dont have any concrete ideas just yet… I am still working through things in my head, and on paper.

I still have a heap of work to do on the Web Services I am designing. A little earlier I realised that I had used the word parameter in a huge number of function names as ‘paramater’ using the incorrect spelling. I will get over that. I need to get the WebServices more completely designed so that I can get them outsourced too. But they will be going to the same person who is doing the other web services, and he is busy on that so I do have some breathing space. But by the end of next week I would like to have the specification for the WebServices complete.

And then comes the challenge of how to present the concept to the client… The big challenge!

According to ZDNet in the UK, T-Mobile over there have released a 3G mobile data service for only 17 pounds/month + VAT unlimited, at really high data speeds. There is only one condition… No Instant Messaging or Voice over IP. Sounds like a strange limitation, but it sounds like they are doing it to ensure mobile revenues…
