I have being doing more programming today – something which I am finding is fun since things are basically working correctly. Sure, there are problems getting the program running properly, but that is programming. I have yet to meet a programmer who always gets their code right the first time every time.

Programming is just not like that. Even simple problems are more complex than they appear from the first look. Small changes to programs have unintended consequences. And it is always hard to work out what the consequences will be before making the change.

Another photo from Italy

I don’t think I have added this photo here before. This is another one from my September trip when I spent a week in Rome working with a client. This is me with the vatican behind me. I think that is the Vatican Apartments directly behind me. It is certainly the Vatican City Wall. I am not quite sure if the building on the right in the photo is inside the walls of the city or not.

The 2nd photo has the vatican being everything on the right side, and also through the arch at the end. The arch at the end leads to the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel. It is just arround the corner to the left from the first photo.
