OK. Right now I am about to fall asleep – and I am not sure how much of what I want to write here I will get done. I am tired, having been away most of the last few days. My typeing is getting bad, with bad spelling, and spaces being put in the right spot.

It was good working on the plane. We worked on the middle of the fuselage today, assembling it again, and then pulling it apart. This is an evil that you cannot escape unfortunately. I had to remove the rough edges from hundreds of holes – probably well over 500 holes, on both sides. The end of the job for the day was using a hammer to bash a dimple into a large number of holes. Thankfully they all went properly, and we did not stuff up by putting a dimple where it was not required.

Once again I found myself increasingly working on the plane from below, lying on my back. Once you get used to this it is not too bad. Working with all the tools is certainly building upper body strength…

All in all I had an enjoyable time… Looks like I will be doing much of the same much of next weekend too…
