I will probably be working on the plane tomorrow. Probably not Sunday though… I need a day off from things. Today I am busy building trackers, and they are going well, is not slightly slowly.

One of my regular WWW sites showed a link to this site showing some office pranks. Such as filling a computer keyboard with Alfalfa sprouts, lining the cubicle with Alfoil, or filling it with packaging. But the best was the keyboard through the desktop. Well, it was not really through the desk, but it looked like it.

Pacific Power in my past did not have much of that type of thing – the best we did was a sign on our office when the government wanted to start looking at privitization. This sign read “Welcome to the Hunter Electric Light Ltd”, with the acronym of HELL. This was even funnier since my boss called Liddell Power Station across the road ‘Little Hell’. So obviously Bayswater became ‘Big Hell’.

In a show of mis-management, the givernment mis-named the place when they split it off from Pacific Power. They called it ‘Macquarie Energy’, after the lake the power stations were on. Unfortunately they got the names switched so Maquarie Generation is 90 minutes drive from Lake Macquarie. OOps.
