The Oncologist was happy with mum, thankfully. Well, not that any thing bad was going to happen since basically the checkups are asking the paitient if they have any symptoms, and if not then come back in six months. There is not as much post-treatment as I would have expected.

Actually this is what the oncologist said at the time that she was undergoing treatment. I had my GPRS card on whilst waiting for the doctor this time. It would have been good to have had it when she was undergoing treatment last year as doctors love to make people wait… And then when she was in hospital with Chemo poisoning things were worse…

On news.com today comes a bizzare story – how a straight couple in Canada cancel ‘Gay’ Wedding. They were going to get married for the tax advantages. They found a loophole in the new marrage legislation over there, meaning that same sex couples did not actually have to be gay to get married. Really strange.

Anyway I have wasted enough of this morning… Time to get some real work done.
