My mother is looking at getting a new Laptop so I was looking at the Dell Web Site, and it was *Interesting* to say the least. One laptop came with free ADSL, Delivery, HDDD Upgrade and Memory Upgrade. But there are the options there not to get these things. So I deselected them thinking that this might actually save money. Well, actually getting the ADSL Router saves $88, getting the HDD saves $30, delivery saves $99 and the memory saves $97.90. But what is stranger is that selecting ‘No Printer’ is $11 more than selecting ‘NONE’. I find it strange that if the items are free that it would cost more not to get them. Or have I missed something here?

I have booked my accomadation for my trip. With everything else I have booked to see a couple of shows in the west end. I have booked for ‘We Will Rock You’ which is a Queen musical, and ‘Phantom of the Opera’. Both of these start at 7:30pm, and come with a meal. I am really looking forward to both of these. I have never seen either of them – although I have seen the movie Phantom of the Opera and loved it. I find the music great, although given that it is Andrew Lloyd Webber I am not sure I should admit that in polite company.
