Stress Relief – Jogging
Now that the weather is starting to get a bit cooler it is time to start thinking about running again. It has been two or three months since I was last running, and I am missing the rush that comes from running. A year or so back I was to the point where I could run about 4 km in about 30 minutes. I would like to be back at that point sooner rather than later.
I turn running into a game – using a GPS to monitor speed, distance and the like. Without it I find that I lie to myself about how long I have been running, or how far I have run.
What I have found is that Jogging is a great way to relieve the stress of life. It is a great way to slowly loose my little tummy so I will not have to try liposuction. Not that I ever would, but suggesting that I would is fun.
This afternoon I spent more time working on some code for some tracking units. The code is taking a *LOT* longer to write than I had hoped. I am now to where I hoped to be on friday – yeah, I had thought I would get some programming done in New Zealand. Ha.
