Custom Software
Radioactive Networks knows that we cannot provide the ideal solution for
every customer. No software supplier can. But we can offer three solutions
for customers to get the ideal solution.
The first solution is that we will accept suggestions for changes to the
software. If the changes are major we may ask for a contribution to the work
required, but then these changes become part of the core product.
The second solution is to provide a custom version of the product. This will
require a financial contribution from the customer to pay for the changes.
We prefer not to go down this route since it makes it harder to upgrade the
product over time
The last solution is to provide the customer tools to develop their own
solution. This is probably better for customers who have their own
programming expertese. The TeamTrack client program has been written using
the same API that you can use to write your own software.
