Our Ethics

Radioactive Networks will attempt to operate as an ethical business at all times. Our ethical basis is described here

We will be honest and not knowingly misrepresent any facts. We will divulge any potential conflicts of interest prior to accepting any work. We will divulge any potential conflicts as soon as they are discovered We will disclose any interests we may have in the outcome of any advice we give. We will attempt to give impartial advise under all circumstances. Where the advice is represented as independant, we have no undisclosed interest in the outcome. We will encure that to the best of our knowledge that we can complete any work in a professional manner both in terms of time and skill. We will keep our client informed of any matters relating to the work, even if it is unfavourable and maj jeopardise the work. We will not take advantage of proprietry information obtained by the client. We will not engage in work that is a violation of the law, or could reasonably be used by the client to violate the law. We will only install and use licensed software on our systems, and will only install properly licensed software on our clients' systems.

Honesty Radioactive Networks have a strict "no lying to customers" rule. This builds stronger client relationships in the long-run.

Openness We are completely open on our web site about our strengths, weaknesses, capabilities, our product features. We have no desire or need to fool anybody. If companies think you can deliver something that you can't, either you're wasting everyone's time in the sales cycle or, if you get the contract, you're likely to disappoint the customer.

Respect Where people's contributions are recognized and rewarded and there are no obstacles to advancement for capable and motivated people, regardless of their background.

Non-profit work Non-profit work is an excellent marketing technique and it can be useful for motivating and training.

Confidentialality Any data supplied by a customer will  be treated confidentially. On the completion of a project..... Privacy Our privacy policy is publically available. The policy is there for everyones protection. Our customer list always remains confidential

Billing We will bill you for time that we have spent working for you. We will not knowingly overcharge for time or materials.

Comissions We do not normally paid a comission for goods or services that we recomend or . On the rare ocasions where a comission or some other sort of payment is made, we will disclose this to you as soon as possible.

Ethics We will attempt to operate ethically at all times. Where ethics come into conflict with business operations, ethics come first.
