The Alarm Octopus is great when you need to convert Wiegand RFID readers to Wiegand. But it has another great feature. It can combine up to eight Wiegand RFID Readers to a single Wiegand output. It is configurable so that any of the eight inputs can be combined and sent to any of the Wiegand Outputs.<\/p>

This allows you to combine Wiegand readers on both sides of a door to a single Wiegand input on an access control system. It even has button inputs that can work via Wiegand as Push to Exit if needed.<\/p>

The Alarm Octopus also has one switch input for each wiegand input. These inputs can be configured with a custom RFID card number. You could use it for a push to exit button, or as a doorbell. The choice is yours.<\/p>

The hardware is highly configurable via an on-board password protected USB port. Worried about issuing the password to installers? You can also configure one RFID card also to unlock the system.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
