It appears that there is some politics involved, and the business driver was not the tracking side, but more navigation. <\/p>\n<p>It was interesting going to the meeting &#8211; I was not entirely sure where it was or how to get there, but the back seat passenger had a tablet PC with navigation software, and it was yelling out which turns to make. We went a rather strange way, but it worked really really well. I was somewhat impressed. <\/p>\n<p>Wired has an interesting article on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wired.com\/wired\/archive\/14.06\/start.html?pg=9\">the top 10 engineering mistakes<\/a> including William Mulholand&#8217;s Los Angeles dam which then burst killing 450 people and the DC-10 which killed almost 1000 people before the engineers removed the bugs from the design.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The meeting went well today, but they did not need a demo of my stuff at the moment.
