Basically SMS was never intended to be a useful service &#8211; just something else to be added to the GSM specification in case it was ever needed. It was never designed for Person to Person communications &#8211; just for machine to person communications. Things like saying there is a voice mail message available. The article is interesting but it is very hard to read because of all the acronyms. <\/p>\n<p>This aftrenoon I have been busy programming rather than working on the plane. The code is getting to be quite usable.
