I needed to post a parcel off – so I went to K-Mart in hopes of finding something for my brother for his birthday. No such luck but it was an experience. I think they are having some type of sale on at the moment… And it must be a good one from the 30 or so shopping trollies I saw lined up waiting to get to the lay by window. That is a LOT! They were lined up from the window through the habberdashery department, via sporting goods into the auto section. That is a lot of sales. Strangely there were almost no people at the checkouts. <\/p>\n

I did a short run this morning – probably about 1km…. Since I have not run for too many weeks I think this is not so bad – I will think about another run this afternoon, and then some more in the next few days. Within a couple of weeks I hope to be back to my normal fitness level. (yeah, sure. That is likeley to take 1-2 months I would guess… Not weeks.). <\/p>\n
