I have just managed to get a tracking unit to work and connect to my server. It was decoded on my server and the position became an XML file. So I sent the file to a friend, and this person mentioned an &#8216;obvious error&#8217;&#8230; That being that the time was off by a couple of hours. Then I pointed out that it was 10 hours out, and not 2! It took some time to realize that the time was in <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Coordinated_Universal_Time\">UTC<\/a>  or international time. This is the time that all GPS units talk&#8230;. and most computers talk internally. <\/p>\n<p>There is also some politicing in Thailand at the moment with their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bangkokpost.com\/News\/24Aug2006_news14.php\">new airport<\/a> and how it is not friendly to people with disabilities. Things like lack of lifts things like that. <\/p>\n<p>A page on BoingBoing provides some great <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boingboing.net\/2006\/08\/23\/iss_astronaut_snaps_.html\">photos of a volcano<\/a> from SPACE!!! the astronaughts saw the eruption and reported it&#8230; Just imagine getting the phone call from the International Space Station&#8230; We have just seen an eruption.
