The idiot decided to break a tradition that goes back to the English Civil War and brought a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smh.com.au\/news\/national\/scully-attracts-anger-with-stun-gun-show\/2006\/09\/28\/1159337286345.html\">weapon into parliment<\/a> in contravention of the directions of the speaker. He brought a TASER for a demonstration, which had been deemed out of order. Like many similar situations I doubt he will be punished.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike prisoners in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2006\/09\/25\/AR2006092500936.html\">Guatamala<\/a> who had their prison raided by 3000 police.
