Not a bad deal but certainly do not expect salad with the meal. Not bad though.<\/p>\n<p>I upgraded MYOB accounting earlier. That was an experience. I needed to uninstall the ODBC functions before installing a new version. And this required me to uninstall the Import Assist. When I reinstalled the ODBC driver the instructions told me to test the software, and that is where the real fun started. <\/p>\n<p>The test program returned an error. So I rang up MYOB and entered my serial number. And waited for the support person. She asked me for my serial number. And then said that I should speak to &#8216;Connections&#8217; and transfered me. Then on being transfered I was asked for my serial number and then told I needed to speak to the m-powered team. And then got transferred to them. And asked for my serial number again. Then the response was something different. This was NOT an error. It was just a warning and I could ignore it. And that was after 40 minutes on the phone.
