The others have been erased when I attempted to copy the text. To copy I went to the end of the text, and pressed the shift key. Then I paged up a few times. But there is a bug somewhere that clears the text if you have it all selected and you use shift-page up. <\/p>\n<p>Anyway onto this blog. I had a phone call this morning from a rather concerned business partner. He had just receieved a call from one of our first major clients, who had just received a carrier bill for about $2000 too much. For two mobiles. For a single month. To say he was unimpressed was an understatement. I got him to email me a copy and things were clear from the outset. <\/p>\n<p>When the accounts were set up, someone had neglected to put the SIM cards onto a specific GPRS plan, and therefore every connection had a 25 cent flag fall. This is a big mistake when the bill goes from $50 to $1100 in a month for the single accident. The client is getting it fixed.
