There is a story about an April Fool’s Joke in Japan, where there is a new life size penguin. By life size I mean the size of a human. The story is on the Yahoo<\/a> Web Site.<\/p>\n

I have had CNN on in the background. There was a message on the screen a bit earlier rather than the normal CNN programming… It said “Solar Interference to the Satellite is affecting our signal”. “Thus disturbance may occur for periods up to five minutes. We appologise for this unadvoidable disruption to our service.”. <\/p>\n

Larry King Live today, of which I just saw the end of, was being shot in Los Angeles. Elsewhere I have a photo of myself sitting exactly where Larry King was presenting his program from tonight. <\/p>\n

Music<\/h2>\n

I picked up a CD that I have been looking for at the right price for some time. It is “Matchbox 20’s” album ‘Yourself or someone like you’. It has classic songs like ‘Real World’, ‘Long Day’, ‘3am’ and ‘Push’. I have not had a chance to listen to all the album, but I love it. It took a friend of mine to play one of the CD’s for me to convince me to buy any of their albums, but I love them. <\/p>\n

I also got the correct copy of Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Born in the USA’. This is a classic album, of which I have some of the songs, but not the studio versions. These include “Born in the USA”, “Cover Me”, “I’m on Fire”, “No Surrender”, “Dancing in the Dark” and “My Hometown”. I look forward to actually listening to these tracks. <\/p>\n
