I ended up not going for a run today. I think the rest has done my body some good. I suspect that the body needs some time to adjust to each exercise session, and needs to stabalize. Of course I by no means have a medical degree and I could be completely wrong. Regardless, I dont think that the rest will do any harm. <\/p>\n

I heard from my brother. My grandmother is the best that she has been since she was admitted to hospital. Although that sounds good, I dont think that necesarily follows. The hospital is looking for a Nursing Home place for her at the moment so that she will have somewhere to go when they discharge her. <\/p>\n

Hmm. Strange… I have a client in Italy, and I have not seen him on MSN today. Since the offices are inside the city ring-road where cars have been banned for the day I would guess that the office is closed for the day. Given the disruption to Rome today with the funeral I am not surprised. <\/p>\n

Anyway I guess it is time for me to go to bed. The rain woke me up early this morning and I am a bit tired. And I have done enough work today to be mentally exhausted too… So I will sign off this entry and speak to everyone tomorrow.<\/p>\n
