I have had a slightly productive day today… I have done some electrical engineering design work… Not much, but I have done some. It was of the style of a pen on a sheet of paper. It is amazing how many of my designs work out that way… With lots of scribbles and lines. And then the papers get either used on the other side, shredded or recycled (or filed). <\/p>\n

With my scanner what I commonly do is take the document and write it by hand, and then scan it as needed, and PDF it. This works remarkably well in most cases. I can then email it to whoever needs it, and it works better than a fax. Scanning is much faster than scanning anyway, and I have a record of what I have sent in the past. <\/p>\n

I had three long-ish phone calls today… One was on Skype which meant I could wear my headset. I really need to get a new headset for my miniture phone… Or get my Platronics headset working. I really need to look around for a phone system at some stage. I will probably be getting a VOIP unit soon for the business and it would be good not to have to wory about multiple phones on multiple lines. <\/p>\n

I still have not heard from Richard about when we are building. I would guess I will hear sometime today… Probably… The plane has a lot of work to get done on it, and it would be good to get it finished at some stage… <\/p>\n
