Finding software to do this is harder than it sounds. I could only fine one piece that would do what I wanted – it was SnagIt, which is a piece of software that I used at Pacific Power.

SnagIt is really cute… It will take snaphots of the screen and send the image direct to an FTP server, and even cut the resolution at the same time. This is really amazing. So that I could have things running all the time I had them running on a terminal under Remote Desktop under Windows Server. But what was happening was that it would have a white screendump when I closed the remote desktop connection.

So I found a solution. I logged in with Remote Desktop to another session, and then initiated a remote desktop connection from there. Not the fastest way to do things, but it did work. And that is all I was caring about.

I have also updated a few more web pages… Not much… But I am working on a few things, and needed to update some of the content of the site. Not many updated pages though…

Oh… Adwords is working well… In the last 36 hours I have earned US$1.09 from my WWW site… Not bad… I am hoping that it will increase over the next few weeks…

This afternoon I have been playing with software of course – but in this case I was playing with software to take automatic screendumps.
