Now it is spring I will try to get some of my fitness back. I must have run about 2.5 KM in just over 15 minutes. That is my guess anyway. Not sure exactly since I was more interested in actually exercising rather than keeping my eye on the clock, or the GPS (and I did not take the GPS so that did not help). <\/p>\n<p>I should note that the run did exhaust me a bit, but that really is to be expected. I am hoping that over the next few months I will be back to my former glory of six or seven km. That really should not be that hard. It just takes commitment and work. <\/p>\n<p>Short term I think my first goal will be to run around Disneyland and the Califorinan Adventure. That is not a small area, and it may be suicidal depending on the weather. But it is something that I want to try. I will certainly be going walking the half-mile or so to the local K-Mart &#8211; that is an easy flat walk really.
