And as I suspected it started to get a bit warmer after that. I did a bit further than last time, but not much more. I was getting generally exhausted by the finish of the run, it was good exercise for my lungs &#8211; I know that. I dont think I will do any more running later today&#8230; Maybe tomorrow afternoon. But I just need to see how it goes. <\/p>\n<p>[Correction&#8230; Tomorrow I need to do some outside type work so I will not be running&#8230; I will not need to believe me!]<\/p>\n<p>I am not sure if I mentioned it, but yesterday I just had to try out the iTunes Store&#8230; I picked up Forever Young, a song by alphaville. It is good to have this song in my collection finally. <\/p>\n<p>I have just been out to pick up some parts for the job that I have on tomorrow&#8230; It is amazing how many places are out of stock of stuff&#8230; I had to visit K-Mart, and not only did they not have what I needed, they had cages from their storeroom filling the hardware section of their store so it was almost impossible to get around.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I did the run this morning about 9am&#8230;.
