And I am glad that I did. I did really well&#8230; I was running for exactly 30 minutes, and I guess I did about 4.2KM judging on my past experience. I only did one lap of the oval, but I did a half lap on the way back. Time for a drink of water before a nice cool shower I think&#8230; And yes, my foot is a bit sore&#8230; Only a tiny bit.
