The interview panel for the child care centre was interesting. I cannot say much about it because of privacy issues, but I learned some things about the dynamics of interview panels. Being a smalller organisation, interview panels are less formal than I had experienced in my time at Pacific Power. In the end one of the interviewees was not able to come, and we adjusted the interview times accordingly. Thus I was out of there sooner than I may otherwise have been. Each of the interviews was also shorter than I had been expecting… In the first couple of interviews I was somewhat timid not wanting to ask much… but I improved as time went on.<\/p>\n
