It should have been sent off a few days back, but I was waiting on some essential information. Information has been received so now it is in the post. <\/p>\n<p>As a small business owner I just noticed that the OH&#038;S situation in NSW has just changed. The requirement was that employers had to provide an absolutely safe working place which realistically is impossible. [After all, even coffee has a materials safetly data sheet, and the employer is liable for the coffee can dropping on you foot]&#8230; So according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.news.com.au\/story\/0,10117,19030933-421,00.html\">news.com.au<\/a> the standard is being changed to a &#8220;reasonably practicable&#8221; to guarantee safety. What that means is anyones guess, but it is certainly better for employers.<\/p>\n<p>Wired is reporting about some of the people who have been caught in the USA attempting to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wired.com\/news\/technology\/0,70783-0.html?tw=rss.index\">get onto planes and are concidered a security risk<\/a>. Some are classics&#8230; But the best was a Continental Airlines flight-crew member traveling as a passenger, who complained to TSA, &#8220;If I am safe enough to work on a plane then I should be fine to be a passenger sleeping.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another good feeling&#8230; I have just got my BAS out of the way.
