Ron Howard laughs this off stating that the movie definitely is a work of fiction, and no disclaimer is needed.<\/p>\n<p>A few days back I mentioned about the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mixerman.net\/\" \/>Mixerman<\/a> blog, which provided an insight into what really goes on in the recording industry. From what I can gather, this blog seems to be fairly close to the mark.
