Getting cooking times and temperatues correct. Over time I think it will get better &#8211; but I just love the taste how it is. <\/p>\n<p>Skype is quite a good program mostly&#8230; I just spent an hour on it to Europe, with mostly fantastic results most of the time. Except when the ADSL dropped out at the other end. And of course a few times during the conversation when there was the most horrible eletical feedback. Think of the sound of running nails down a blackboard and you get an idea. Still, even with all this, it was better than making an international phone call. <\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I think it is almost time for bed&#8230; For some reason I have been tired today and even needed a 10 minute afternoon nap&#8230; I am starting to get tired, and I want to be awake for my birthday tomorrow&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dinner tonight was another BBQ&#8230; I like my BBQ, and I am getting used to how to cooking with it.
