I am not sure if I am better than last night - I definitely have the flu, and I am currently planning to have a quiet day today hoping to get over it rather quickly. I hope that with some Vitiman C and the like that I will recover without too many dramas. I slept well last night - I certainly needed the sleep, although I could probably do with a bit more this morning.

Strangely though I am not really feeling like saying much here today. Maybe I will feel better after a hot shower. If not I guess I will probably be sitting in front of the TV for much of the day contemplating doing some work.
