I am feeling a bit disappointed with myself today - I have not managed to get much work done today because I have not really felt up to it. I have work that I have wanted to do, but I have not felt up to doing it. This afternoon I did not even want to look at my email shows that I have not been totally well. But the problem is that I do not feel totally horrible means that I am finding it hard to take it easy when I know that I need to do that to get better...

[OK, I am not as well as I thought... I just had another low intensity dizzy episode for about a second]. I can see myself having an early night tonight... Probably sooner rather than later...
