Darryl Smith @ Radioactive Networks

Despite being a good puzzle, I have never even tried Sudoku. It really does not interest me much. Whilst reading The Register today, I saw an advert for a Sodoku T-Shirt. But what makes this one interesting is that the numbers go more than from 0-9, it goes from 0-9 and A-F. Also rather than a 3x3 matrix of 10x10 squares, it contains a 4x4 matrix of 16x16 squared.

The Seattle PI paper is reporting that many of Sprint and Nextel cellphones and long distance in the USA have been unable to use their service after a fibre optic cable was cut near Phoenix, Arizona. I can see more of this type of thing happening as time goes by. Before the 2002 Ironman Championships in Hawaii, the islands cellphone network was killed for an afternoon as someone drove into a telegraph pole and also took out a fibre optic cable.

Finally, for the baby who has everything comes DIY geek babywear.

Hey, thanks for the mention! I had no idea that my little diy Christmas present for my husband would be so well received on the net!

Here's Peter's post on the topic at our site, World Wide Wood
